During the financial year ended 31 December 2023, Igraine Plc faced a challenging market environment, reflecting broader economic uncertainties and volatility in the small cap space within the UK.

In July 2022 Sir Professor Christopher Evans, Martin Walton, Burns Singh Tennent-Bhohi and Richard Walker all stepped down as Directors of the Company.
