Founder and Executive director
Mike Murphy has over 35 years’ experience in the City of London financial services sector. A former Global Equity Trader at Citigroup, Robert Flemings, Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Lehman Brothers, he later founded Eden Financial and Novus Capital Markets. He also served as Vice-Chairman of Varengold Bank AG and is co-founder of Hamak Strategy Ltd. and founder of Ethtry Plc.
Stephen Winfield
Executive Director
Stephen Winfield is a board member of both private and public companies with a proven track record of building, financing, and selling a diverse range of products and businesses. Over the past decade, he has led and advised teams across the technology, food and beverage, healthcare, and real estate sectors, working closely with high-net-worth individuals. Known for his vast connectivity in London across all financial sectors, he has overseen significant transactions and played a key role in securing capital and structuring complex deals for private businesses in the UK.
David Levis
Non-Executive Director
David Levis, brings over a decade of experience working on energy projects, including battery storage, solar energy and energy-from-waste initiatives. He also has extensive corporate finance expertise gained at KPMG Corporate Finance and BDO Corporate Finance, with deep experience in public offerings, private placements and acquisition strategies.
